Bar Manifest’s room at night: candlelit tables, paintings on the wall and bottles along the wooden panelling.

Three Finns and a former Irish pub

Eric Juslen, Kaisla Laranta and Tomson Tukiainen, three Finns living in Barcelona, share one passion: natural wine. After taking their pop-ups around Europe and the city, they found their place in a former Irish pub in the Raval, next door to Bar Cañete, and opened Manifest in March 2024.

More about the bar

Shelves full of natural wine bottles behind the bar.

Wine

Over a hundred bottles from Catalonia, Spain, Italy, Hungary and, above all, Languedoc-Roussillon and the IGP Côtes Catalanes. The sommelier, Lucas Bozzoli, picks them by one simple rule: if he likes them at home, he likes them for the bar. Wines by the glass are on the blackboard.

Food

Plates to share, made to go with the wine, and every so often a pop-up with a guest chef. The house favourite: the octopus hot dog.

The bar’s wall of vinyl records, with bottles below and a lit candle.

Vinyl

It isn’t a club or a listening bar: it’s a natural wine bar where the music is always good, starting with Eric’s huge vinyl collection. Sometimes with guest DJs, sometimes with friends who end up behind the decks.

What people say
